The Women’s Commission have had a lot of applicants , and will be announcing our team on November 16th (* Preference given to W2 & W3 Category riders with Track Accreditation & Indoor experience) .

The Manchester Velodrome (National Cycling Centre) was Britain’s first indoor Olympic cycling track, and since it opened in 1994, has achieved the status as the World’s finest and fastest track.

The Women’s Commission will be travelling in January for sessions of private Track hire , culminating in an International Race Night .

Irish International Robyn Stewart joined us for this weekend in January this year , and was very generous with her help and advice .

The Team will race under the banner of the ‘Women’s Commission Of Cycling Ireland’ wearing our colours in the event.

Former Manchester Velodrome Manager Bob Barber will prepare & Coach our Irish Riders on Sunday night .

We would like to thank Tony Orrell and his team (Torelli Racing) for all their help.
