Talent ID Riders Added To Squad For World Cup In Manchester

9th November 2017 This weekend will see Irish riders compete in the second Tissot UCI Track Cycling World Cup on the 2017/2018 calendar, which takes place in Manchester, UK.

A significant change to the Irish team for this week’s World Cup will be the inclusion of the Women’s Team Pursuit team, featuring four riders who have come to the sport through the recent talent identification and transfer process.

Racing begins on Sunday with Lydia Boylan competing in the Omnium and Lydia Gurley racing the Scratch Race.

The World Cup runs from Friday 10th November to Sunday 12th November.
