This Saturday, 12th March sees the start of the 2016 Sprinters Training League, at Sundrive Track in Dublin 12.
This six-round league is aimed all of those who plan on competing in the Sprint event (Junior or Senior) at the National Championships. The format is similar to the National Championships, starting with a 200m TT, followed by three rounds of sprinting and will also incorporate a Keirin.
Women will have a separate event if more than six female riders are in attendance, otherwise they will be included with men in similar ability groupings.
Sign on is at 1.45pm at Sundrive Track, and the fee is €10 (exact change preferred). More information and directions available from the Track Commission site, or by contacting Liam Collins at liamcollins@accountant.com.
