It’s good to talk… Women’s Commission AGM

Many hands make light work....
Many hands make light work….

In advance of the Cycling Ireland AGM on 7th November, the Women’s Commission AGM will be held on Saturday 24th October, 11am – 3pm, in Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, N7/Naas Road, Dublin.

The competitive cycling scene for women in Ireland grows in strength year on year, and with no small thanks to the numerous clubs who actively support their female membership, to the increasing number of race organisers who have added a separate women’s event to their program, be that on the road, the track, the mountain or other, as well as the input women’s cycling gets from the Women’s Commission of Cycling Ireland.

This announcement of our 2015 AGM gives advance notice of over 4 weeks, and we hope that this lead-in time, and the easy-access location, will facilitate a good turnout to the meeting.

An agenda will be published closer to the date, so if you are involved in women’s competitive cycling in Ireland and wish to have an item considered for the meeting, please email us in good time, and via the Contact Us section of this website. Understandably, given the scope of an AGM, there will only be a limited time available to discuss non-agenda items.
