‘Bike Like Me’ Training Programme

‘Bike Like Me’ Training Programme . Cycling Ireland’s popular ‘Bike Like Me’ training programme has been expanded after a successful 2020 edition which saw over 800 women participate.

Cycling Ireland is excited to offer four programmes for women and girls, catering for beginner and intermediate riders.  Each Zoom session will be led by an inspirational leader to keep participants motivated and entertained along the way. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the online Zoom sessions. All live Zoom sessions will be recorded, so there’s no need to worry if you miss one, a link will be sent out the following day so you can catch up.

All you need to participate is:
– A set of rollers or a turbo trainer.
– A laptop/ enabled desktop/ tablet or phone that can access Zoom. You will also need to register for Zoom.

Intermediate Women (18+)
When: Wednesday 10th Feb – Wednesday 31st March
Time: 7pm – 8pm
Who is this suitable for? This programme is designed to prepare you for racing, with intensity and volume of the plan set accordingly. We would recommend a minimum of 8 weeks of low(er) intensity work before this plan.
