Last weekend Elite Irish MTBers Cait Elliott and Melanie Spath were dominant in the British Mountain Bike Series in Reading.
Elliot wins round 4 of the XC NPS in Tollymore Forest Park, Co. Down on the 15th May.
Round 2 of the Off Road Cross Country National Points Series took place in the Nagle Mountains in Cork on the 17th April.
XC NPS started on April 3rd with a race in Bellurgan Park, Dundalk, Co. Louth.

An “intermediate” level for women was introduced at the off road AGM last weekend. This category should make the step from sport (beginner) to elite a lot easier.
