A great 2 day one is the border trek: a return journey going from eniskillen to sligo.100 miles on the saturday and 100 on the sunday.I think if you look up cooperation Ireland on google you should be able to get details of it. Both of these would be a bit costly compared to the one day events cause you have to factor in food and accommodation....still they're a great challenge and fierce social.
