We would like to emphasise that this weekend is open to youth girls also. A dedicated experienced coach will be assigned to them.

This event is about getting women of all ages and fitness levels together for a coached cycling weekend; to build social links between female cyclists and to encourage participation in cycling be it in sportifs; leisure events; commuting or at competition level.  (more…)

beginners spin with Epic mtb club

Epic MTB club are running a beginners spin on saturday, so any of you out there who have been meaning to give it a shot, this is your chance.  Visit the Epic website here for info.

Now that most of the training is done – yay – we are coming into the final prep for Ireland’s only Women’s International Stage Race, Rás na mBan. Aideen Collard won a bronze medal in the Pursuit on the Track in the European Masters in Manchester this weekend. Well done Aideen – what a great result… to add to the collection of medals that she won on the track in the National Championships last weekend. (more…)

Some pics from the easy mtb spin up in Kiltiernan, 13 women came along on a beautiful warm evening to taste the wonderful trails, all agreed they were great and left us wanting more! Next spin will be in two weeks time, but on tuesday evening instead of monday (as it is a bank holiday). We will meet at Djouce woods, directions will be posted nearer the time. (more…)
