The 2009 Cycling Weekend for women was held last weekend in Avon Rí Leisure Complex, in Blessington, Co. Wicklow. Combining solid training sessions with training presentations and a talk from guest speaker, Jamie Costin (multiple Olympian), the training camp served as a gathering for cyclists from around the country who wished to improve their skills on the bike. Womens Training Camp March 21-22nd 2009

Avon Ri, Blessington, Co Wicklow

Suitable for all abilities, from beginners to experienced racers, leisure riders to triathletes!

Cost is €100 (€75 Youth/Junior) which includes: coaching, speakers, accommodation, lunch sat and sun, 3-course dinner on saturday.
