The 2010 Rás na mBan winner has climbed her way up the rankings in cycling and is managed by Olympic Champion Kristen Armstrong. Next easy spin is Monday 25th, 7pm in a Ballinastoe woods. Yes, I know we did it last time but with the wet weather, other locations are just too horrible and sloppy to contemplate riding-not good for the riders, the bikes and equipment, and most importantly we would damage the trails themselves. So we’re back in Ballinastoe with its hardy trails, the good news is that we’re all familiar with them now so we should be able to take them faster! (more…)
