In support of the ongoing measures to encourage Irish people to be more active, we are introducing a programme, A Positive Cycle, aimed at encouraging women nationwide to “get on their bikes” and enjoy our sport at a recreational level. The aim of this programme is to create a synergy across the disciplines of cycling, under the direction of The Women’s Commission of Cycling Ireland, providing a welcoming and informative environment for women across the country.

I’m extremely unfit cardio wise and have never really been good at any cardio workouts past 20 mins. I’ve just bought a full suspension mountain bike a few days ago and have been doing about 20 mins for the past 3 days first thing in the morning.
