Saturday training on the Sundrive Track starts Jan 15th.
We will be back training on the track at Sundrive Road on Saturdays from next Saturday 15th January and we will be running accreditations every second Saturday from there until the end of February. Normal training for accredited riders on alternate Saturdays. All of this is absolutely weather dependant as we can only ride the track if its dry.
Dates for accreditations January 15th & 29th, February 12th & 26th.
(Normal training on intermediate weeks)
We will specify dates for accreditations from that point on later.
Sign on and bike hire at 10.30 and accreditation. Training will run to 12.30.
No loose clothing and gloves required.
Cost of Accreditation
€10 Senior & €5 Bike hire, Youth/Unwaged €5 & €2 Bike hire.
Riders must have a Cycling Ireland Club Licence minimum to train.
Any riders U18 (to Youth) must have parental consent forms signed to participate in training or accreditation if they havent already got a 2011 licence
We will be introducing a set a minimal fee for Saturday training from March on

I working with the Alkek Velodrome in Houston, TX USA on developing a 8 week women’s program. This is a grassroot goal to intrduce track cycling to women. I noticed you have a program, would you mind sharing some information with me? Like what works well with women in regards to the training?
