Siobhan Horgan raced in the Ras Luimni yesterday, placing 9th in the A1\A2 race – great photos of her at the front of the bunch and in the gallop on  irishcycling.com (in the pink kit).  Great to see her up there kicking ass in the mens races!

Siobhan Horgan rode to the best result of her career to date in the Cholet-Pays De Loire 1.1 race in France on Sunday, finishing 5th in a breakaway in which she did most of the work for her teammates.  This is one of the best results by an Irishwoman ever in the sport, read her interview on Irishcycling.com.  Well done Siobhain on an absolutely incredible result, and putting Ireland on the map of professional womens cycling!

National League Round 1

Bohermeen Cycling Club will promote the 1st round of the ladies national league this Sunday 21st March as part of the Waller Cup Program of races @ 1pm. The sign on for the race will be in Mchughs Pub, Greetigh, Bohermeen. The race will consist of 4 laps of a fairly flat 9.5 mile circuit. (same route as last year.) (more…)
