Hopefully you all have your learning helmets ready for this weekend, read on for the full schedule of events for this weekend. After the two days we hope you go away with ample skills to move forward with whatever goals you’ve set, and be buzzing from meeting some like-minded folk! Note that we have had a very positive response to this camp, and the hotel is now booked out, however, we do have a few day places – but please contact us as soon as possible if interested!
Siobhan Horgan rode to the best result of her career to date in the Cholet-Pays De Loire 1.1 race in France on Sunday, finishing 5th in a breakaway in which she did most of the work for her teammates. This is one of the best results by an Irishwoman ever in the sport, read her interview on Irishcycling.com. Well done Siobhain on an absolutely incredible result, and putting Ireland on the map of professional womens cycling!

Bohermeen Cycling Club will promote the 1st round of the ladies national league this Sunday 21st March as part of the Waller Cup Program of races @ 1pm. The sign on for the race will be in Mchughs Pub, Greetigh, Bohermeen. The race will consist of 4 laps of a fairly flat 9.5 mile circuit. (same route as last year.) (more…)
