Hello, I am a beginner with a max of 65 miles achieved. Will this route be suitable for me, is there a time limit? Thank you, Grainne
Hi Gráinne
This route should be suitable for you – as these cycles you normally complete in your own time. If you contact Amy at amy@mdi.ie she should be able to advise further.
Best of luck with it! Heather
Hi Grainne
Are you still interested in taking part on Saturday? There is no time limit as it is a charity cycle and we take into regard each participant has a different level of fitness and training completed. Please feel free to email me (above email) or phone me on 086 818 53 52 for further assistance.
Many thanks
Amy
