Women’s cycling is a fun, enjoyable and growing sport in Ireland, whether you are interested in cycling for Leisure, Competitions, Road cycling, Track cycling, Mountain biking or simply just want to get fit! This day will be the ideal introduction to cycling for you.

What you need to bring
Bike with two working brakes – safety helmet – comfortable leisure / cycling gear

2pm What next. Womens Cycling in Ireland, 2009 programme, current activities – contacts and distribution of positive cycling booklets
Entry fee is €5.00, (If you are not already a member of Cycling Ireland you can purchase a one day licence on the day for €10).
