A Track session will be held on January 10th for any ladies who would like to brush up on their track skills, especially those travelling to the track in Aalkmaar on 30th January.  If you would like to attend, please drop an email to jenzerwoman@gmail.com before next wed (7th) so I can get an idea if there is sufficient numbers.

We had a very enjoyable morning on the track on the 27th Dec, despite heavy frost which meant we had to avoid the banking at one end of the track!  We did some good work learning how to ride safely in a group, and practised our flying 200′s.  Many thanks to Ger Ivory of Bray Wheelers for coaching us on the day.  He has kindly offered to coach us again on the 10th if there is enough interest, so be sure to contact me if you would like to come along.

The track is on Sundrive Road in Crumlin, map is here.
