Check out the series of talks presented in Cycle Super Store, in Tallaght, in conjunction with Endurance State, on Wednesdays at 7.30pm. Tomorrow’s talk is given by Liam Dolan on how to train while working full time at the same time.

The store is open, everybody is welcome, the guys also stay in the shop after the talk to answer all the questions and share some tips.

HERE is a schedule of future talks, if there is an interest in some particular subjects to be discussed, please let Cycle SuperStore know at feedback@cyclesuperstore.ie , and they’ll see what can be arranged.

Qualification spots for the road are still up for grabs for the women at the Olympics, and Ireland have several top class women working hard to secure one of the last places before the end of May. Siobhan Horgan is showing fantastic form, with top performances in UCI events across Europe. Horgan recently impressed domestically with a high placing in the highly competitive Rás Mumhan against some of Ireland’s top male riders. TT specialist and Rás na mBan double winner Olivia Dillon is flying in events across the USA with a recent strong showing in the Sea Otter Classic in the USA. Bronze medallist from the Points race at the World Championships, Caroline Ryan, is also focusing on Time Trials, aiming for the upcoming Celtic Chrono in particular. Check out the following article from the Epoch Times about Caroline Ryan HERE.

Firstly, best wishes to all those competing in the Celtic Chrono on the 13th May.

In light of this event, we are making the following changes to the National League and Classic League calendars to accommodate riders who are competing in Belfast.

The next National League race – the Dunsany CP on the 13th May – clashes with the Celtic Chrono and will no longer be a National League event.
It is replaced with the Meath GP (Sean Nolan) on the 10th June.

The Meath GP is currently listed as a Classic League event.

The Classic League  replacement race for the Meath GP on the 10th June will be the:

S.E.R.C. GP on Sunday, 5th August

Sign On Details: Gorey rugby club
Time: TBC
Distance: A3 – 80km

Best of luck to all riders competing in Round 2 of the Classic League at the Hammond Memorial in Roundwood, Co. Wicklow this Sunday.
